Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a dedicated team member to manage implant inventory for scheduled surgeries. You will collaborate with intradepartmental staff to track implants and related high-cost disposables and work with physicians’ offices to anticipate implant needs.

The role requires ensuring availability by maintaining proper inventory par levels and coordinating with vendors and Procurement & Strategic Sourcing for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management Processes.
• Knowledge of Surgical Procedure Nomenclature.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implants are available for scheduled surgical procedures.
