Job summary

OKC-OMS is seeking a Dental Implant Coordinator to oversee implant cases across multiple providers and locations, supporting patients and referral relationships through the entire implant process.

The role includes implant case preparation, consultation, surgery support, and follow-up, with travel between offices and referring practices required. You will help grow the practice through referral outreach, education, and community engagement, ensuring excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Dental Industry as a Dental or Surgical Assistant.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred in Business or Marketing.
• Ability to organize, document, and follow through on implant activity, outreach, and case coordination.
• Ability to travel between OKC-OMS offices and referring doctor practices as assigned.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with patients, providers, staff, and referral sources.
