High Point is seeking a Full-Time Therapeutic Mentor / TT&S in Plymouth, MA to join a collaborative team providing therapeutic skill-building support to youth aged 3-20. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year of related experience working with youth.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for supporting youth with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties.
• Compliance with and working knowledge of all applicable HPTC policies and program procedures including but not limited to those relating to ethics/boundaries, confidentiality, and duties of role.
• Ability to perform as a role model, teaching and supporting with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
• Open to the respect of culture and diversity.
• Excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements in a timely manner with the use of an electronic health record.
• Investigate and develop community contacts and cooperative networks with other community groups and agencies
