You will coordinate daily shift activities, help with staffing and scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED plus two years of child welfare experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a social services related field is preferable.
• Desire to help kids succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with youth and help them develop life skills.
• Lead by example by guiding Youth Counselors and team members during shifts.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic setting where youth feel supported.
• Turn everyday situations into learning opportunities by teaching problem-solving and positive decision-making.
• Coordinate daily shift activities, ensure accurate documentation, and support program operations.
• Collaborate with program leadership on staffing, scheduling, transportation coordination, and daily program needs.
• Help youth recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and celebrate their progress.
