• Ability to protect patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage referrals for LOS physicians, including initiating approval with workers' compensation carriers.
• Communicate with adjusters, patients and attorneys to clarify referral requests.
• Schedule patient appointments promptly following referral approvals and obtain records as needed.
• Assist in maintaining quality patient care, satisfaction, and treatment compliance.
• Handle incoming workers’ compensation phone calls and maintain confidentiality.
