Job summary

CoreCivic in Appleton, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse/ commissary operations in a secure, institutional setting. You will supervise staff and inmates/residents, ensure efficient purchasing, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

You will develop purchasing processes, solicit price quotes, monitor costs, and manage facility resources to support daily operations. A valid driver's license and at least 21 years old are required, with three years of related experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years experience in warehouse/commissary operations with knowledge of cost control, inventory, safety, and sanitation.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required; must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse/commissary staff and inmates/residents as assigned.
• Direct and coordinate warehouse/commissary operations in accordance with CoreCivic policy.
• Develop and maintain an organized purchasing system per guidelines.
• Monitor costs and maintain effective administrative relations and standards.
• Solicit and evaluate price quotations from various vendors.
• Assist in effective management of facility resources.
