Responsibilities
Develop application training videos using Adobe Captivate or similar tools.
Convert existing PowerPoint and training materials into video-based content.
Record OFS screen walkthroughs to demonstrate real system usage.
Create task-focused, role-specific training for field and back-office users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate workflows.
Incorporate feedback and update content as needed.
Deliver reusable training assets for onboarding and refreshers.
Skills
Experience creating software or application training videos
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Captivate or comparable tools
Comfortable navigating enterprise systems and recording screen demos
Ability to tailor training for different user roles and audiences
