Responsibilities

• Process daily mail.
• Telephone communication with clients.
• Manage a client caseload under the direct supervision of an attorney.
• Prepare correspondence with clients, government and administrative agencies.
• Prepare and review appeals and evidentiary documents for submission to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Legal, medical, government, and administrative research.
• Maintain and manage documentation in the firm’s case management software.
• Other duties and administrative tasks as requested/assigned from attorneys and partners.
