Job summary

Open Skies HC Company Brand seeks a Treatment Coordinator to maintain regular supportive contact with clients and foster parents, coordinating treatment teams and advocating with community services as defined by the treatment plan.

The role emphasizes liaison work, collaboration with social services, and ongoing support within a foster care context. Strong communication and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited program in social work or another human services field; OR bachelor’s degree in social work or another related human-service field and two years of experience with this population.
• BA or BS degree in a non–human services field and three years’ experience working with children, youth, and families as a substitute for the graduate degree.
• Experience with the foster care population or social services field is required.

Responsibilities

• The TC maintains regular supportive contact with the client, Treatment Foster Parents, and biological/adoptive parents when indicated.
• The TC coordinates the activities of the treatment team and provides liaison and advocacy with community-based services and supports, as indicated by the assessment and treatment plan.
