The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the state bar in good standing, and has 3-8 years of experience in toxic tort practice. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing with all applicable bar associations.
• 3-8 years of experience practicing toxic tort
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.

• Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
