Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment based on therapy discipline.
• Plans and writes written treatment plans from evaluations.
• Evaluates effects of treatment and adjusts as needed.
• Instructs, motivates and assists individuals in activities and use of devices.
• Instructs families and other treatment staff in treatment procedures.
• Prepares records and progress reports.
