Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field and at least 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Certificate trainings per 908 KAR 2:260 requirements (TCM Core, SUD, SED, SMI).
• Strong communication, engagement, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client and family needs and link to resources.
• Develop, implement, and review service plans.
• Coordinate with community resources to meet client needs.
• Manage an assigned caseload and ensure Medicaid compliance.
• Maintain timely documentation and deadlines.
