Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field with a minimum of 1 year post-bachelor’s experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Targeted Case Management related trainings and certifications as required by Kentucky DBH/DDID (TCM Core Training, SUD TCM Training, SMI/SED TCM Training).
• Strong communication and engagement skills; professional maturity and respect for diversity.

• Manage an assigned caseload and ensure Medicaid compliance and timely documentation.
