Job summary

Options For All in California seeks a Recruitment Specialist to support talent acquisition across the organization. You will source candidates, build diverse pipelines, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through a timely, compliant process while reflecting OFA's mission and values.

You'll collaborate with the Human Resources team, engage with community organizations, and help create a welcoming candidate experience for bilingual English/Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, including recruitment.
• Ability to handle confidential materials.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from requisition through offer and Day 1.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements for each role.
• Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, social media and channels.
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools and workforce programs.
• Monitor metrics and prepare reports on time-to-fill, open requisitions and turnover.
