Job summary

Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is hiring an Administrative Specialist for Sud Reintegration. You will facilitate life and recovery skills groups and meet one-on-one with clients preparing for transition into long-term care.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field or PRSS certification, plus at least one year of experience working with mental illness or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and organized approach to client care.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness or SUD.
• One year of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group counseling focused on life and recovery skills.
• Meet individually with consumers in short-term SUD residential treatment to aid transition.
• Oversee documentation and monthly reporting for ACCESS program.
