Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide individual counseling and comprehensive treatment planning for patients with opioid use disorder. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure adherence to clinical requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, updating treatment plans, managing a caseload, and facilitating drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical counseling experience with underserved populations.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and designing treatment plans.
• Licensure or certification in LMSW/LCSW/LAPC/LPC/LADAC is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to patients with opioid use disorder.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Design and update patient treatment plans, including care coordination and discharge planning.
• Manage caseload and ensure compliance with treatment requirements.
• Collaborate with nurses and providers to deliver holistic treatment services.
• Facilitate urine drug screening as part of routine care.
