Job summary

Alan J. Blair Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive, highly organized Temporary Strategy & Partnerships Associate to support a mission-driven philanthropy team in downtown San Francisco.

This role offers hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, grantmaking support, and project coordination. The position is hybrid with onsite Tuesday and Wednesday, pays $40-$45 per hour, and runs from now through December 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project coordination, grants, or nonprofit administration.
• Background in philanthropy or institutional funding preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, adaptable and collaborative.
• Salesforce and Asana experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the team.
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Support grantmaking activities, funding requests, and partnership initiatives.
• Track projects and deliverables using Asana and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external nonprofit partners.
