Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and act as proxy during shifts when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Support immunization initiatives and vaccine administration where permitted.
• Provide compassionate care and improve patient experiences and outcomes.
• Maintain inventory and protected cold chain integrity.
