Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document patient progress while celebrating victories along the way.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree is preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Completion of CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
