Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our patient-centered team at our rehabilitation facility. You’ll evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals with speech and language needs, documenting progress and outcomes throughout therapy.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals and celebrate small victories along the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
