Job summary

Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader in Pennsylvania, invites you to join our team as a Speech Pathologist in Penndel. You will evaluate, treat, and document patients with speech and language needs using evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art tools to support meaningful communication and function.

We seek a licensed SLP with CCC and CPR, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification completed.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
