Encompass Health in Missouri invites a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs, deliver therapy, and monitor progress to improve communication and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• CCC Certification (Clinical Competence) required.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
