Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team and help patients regain communication abilities in a supportive, community-focused setting. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy within a leading inpatient rehab network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification or eligibility is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
