Job summary

DV Therapy Inc. seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows to join a collaborative, client-centered team delivering in-home and in-office care.

You will drive assessments, design individualized therapy plans, and provide engaging home activities to support client goals. You will supervise Clinical Fellows, contribute to trainings and community education, and work within a multidisciplinary team while following California supervision guidelines and the DV Therapy core values

Qualifications

• California SLP licensure required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Annual TB skin test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Design individualized therapy plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide engaging, measurable home activities to support development.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows and onboard new clinicians.
• Participate in in-service training, research initiatives, and community/family education.
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attend team and company-wide meetings.
• Adhere to California SLPA supervision guidelines and manage scheduling through CentralReach.
