Job summary

Functional Pathways at Saint Antoine Residence in North Smithfield, RI is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a compassionate therapy team dedicated to improving residents' communication and quality of life.

You will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and revisions to the plan of care under physician supervision, following facility policies and best practices. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform screenings and evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge planning as part of a patient care plan.
• Make revisions to the established plan of care under physician supervision.
