Saint Antoine Residence in North Smithfield, RI is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. The role involves screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and updating plans of care as directed by the physician.

You will work closely with residents and a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based services, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with licensure and state requirements.

Qualifications

The Speech-Language Pathologist shall conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
