Job summary

MentorHills in Ohio is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for PRN and part-time availability in a healthcare setting. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans, and document progress.

You will supervise SLP assistants, coordinate with the care team, participate in care conferences, and assist in discharge planning. Candidates must hold a state license, have strong communication, and be proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state; state license must be in good standing.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and document outcomes.
• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants in patient care.
• Record evaluations and progress notes per policy and state requirements.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training.
