Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage in Mentor Ridge, Mentor Ohio. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and adjust plans based on outcomes.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials. 1 year of experience is preferred to join our flexible, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
