Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an interdisciplinary team delivering therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ASHA-accredited SLP degree, an active Colorado license, CPR may be required, and national SLP exam completion. Competitive pay with a $5K bonus and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Current Colorado SLP license (unencumbered) required.
• CPR may be required upon request.
• National SLP exam approved by the HHS Secretary completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy to residents as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document therapy sessions and progress per facility policies.
• Support care plans and goals with evidence-based practices.
