Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• Licensed in the State of Ohio (LIC) must be held.
• Specialized knowledge in cognition, aphasia, dysphagia, and swallowing techniques.
• Experience with video fluoroscopic and endoscopic swallowing evaluations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and carry out plans of care.
• Perform evaluations and treat patients in accordance with referrals.
• Document evaluation, plan of care, progress, and discharge information.
• Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary team and educate patient/family.
