Qualifications

• Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology.
• A valid, unrestricted license in the state.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complies with facility policies for documenting, billing and coding for speech language services.
• Provides resident information for assessments (e.g., BIMS) during observation periods.
• Gathers information for Medicare Part A/MA residents upon admission and related documentation.
