Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients in home settings. You will work under an attending physician to deliver skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.

The role requires valid SLP licensure in the state of employment, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel to patient locations in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Seat belts must be worn while driving
• Dependable transportation in good condition
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions
• Current state license as an SLP in the employing state

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in home settings under a physician’s care.
• Deliver skilled SLP services in single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement therapy plans.
