Outcome HC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes evidence‑based, patient‑centered care across inpatient, outpatient, or long‑term care contexts with collaboration among physicians and rehabilitation teams.

A Master’s in SLP, current licensure, and CCC‑SLP are preferred, with strong documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC‑SLP certification from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide direct therapy across acute, subacute, outpatient, or long‑term care settings.
• Document assessments, sessions, progress, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on goals, strategies, and home programs.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory guidelines.
