Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and support students with communication needs within educational settings. You will collaborate with district staff to plan interventions and deliver therapy, directly or through supervision, while maintaining thorough progress notes.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, or as-needed options. Texas licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP are required or strongly preferred to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based therapeutic interventions with ARD involvement.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLP Assistants on IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress with accurate records and data-driven adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings and family conferences to support students.
