Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while helping improve functional abilities and independence. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy, tracking progress, and educating patients and caregivers.

Collaboration with physicians supports comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license as required by the applicable state.
• Current CCC-SLP certification or equivalent as applicable.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
