Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with swallowing disorders OR extensive dysphagia management experience within internship/externship program required.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist licensure or provisional permit issued by the State of Idaho.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatients in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality care to individuals and families and participate in planning, implementation and evaluation of quality assurance programs.
