Job summary

Harmony Public Schools seeks a Special Programs Case Manager to coordinate Special Education, Section 504 and Dyslexia programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state and district requirements. You will manage IEP/504 processes, plan ARD/504 meetings, and support student growth across assigned campus(es).

The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with school staff, and consistent communication with parents to ensure appropriate educational services and secure implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred Texas Educator Certification.
• Experience in special education and related programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages IEP and 504 processes including meetings, documentation and compliance.
• Facilitates ARD/504 meetings and serves on ARD/504 committees.
• Collaborates with district personnel to support SPED/504 students and families.
• Ensures confidentiality and proper handling of student records.
• Maintains accurate records and reports as required by laws and policies.
