Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan teaching certificate with endorsements SA/SC/SE/SM.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with classroom setup.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and needs.
• Coordinate and monitor IEP meetings, goals, objectives, and accommodations.
• Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive learning environments.
• Differentiate instruction using evidence-based practices and PBIS.
• Observe, assess, and monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain confidential student records and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure a safe, respectful learning environment and professional conduct.
• Participate in required professional development and meetings.
