Qualifications

• CT certification required, DSAP or Long-Term Substitute Eligible.
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 10 students, implementing academic and behavior programs.
• Supervise Instructional Assistants and collaborate with team members on student programming.
• Adhere to best practices while managing challenging situations.
