• Ability to work effectively with students, peers, and adults.
• Ability to communicate with students, parents, staff, and community.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and instruct assigned classes using approved curriculum.
• Maintain a conducive classroom environment and manage behavior.
• Develop daily lesson plans and provide individualized and group instruction.
• Translate lesson plans into learning experiences to maximize time.
• Evaluate student growth and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and school program.
• Assess learning needs and collaborate with district specialists as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and display professional behavior.
• Plan and supervise assignments for aides and volunteers.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in committees when possible.
