Job Description

Crossroads Elementary is seeking a dedicated Moderate to Severe Disability Teacher for the 2026 - 2027 school year who is passionate about making a positive impact on students with significant cognitive, physical, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), utilizing specialized instructional strategies and adaptive technology to support each student’s unique learning needs.

Responsibilities include fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and communication skills, and collaborating with parents, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams. This will be the second MSD unit at Crossroads and will work in conjunction and collaboration with another MSD teacher.
