Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
• Learning Behavior Specialist endorsement (LBS1) required.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement lesson materials aligned with state standards and district objectives.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Create a positive classroom environment that supports student growth.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and administrators to support students.
• Develop and implement IEPs/BIPs in compliance with IDEA and IL regulations.
• Provide progress monitoring and data-driven instruction.
