Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, provides education services for K-12 students needing additional supports. Join our team to shine as you help students achieve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

As a paraprofessional you will support teachers, lead small groups, monitor progress with data, tailor instruction, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI’s academic rotational model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide customized behavior and academic support.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to track progress.
• Support and document student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during transitions and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, assistants, and service providers to address needs.
