• Collaborate with property management to address tenancy issues and prevent evictions.
• Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and mediation as needed.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation per program requirements.
• Collaborate with government agencies and community organizations to ensure resident support.
