Job summary

AristaCare Health Services in New Jersey seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to plan, direct and deliver resident-centered speech therapy in accordance with CMS guidelines and company procedures.

You will evaluate residents, create treatment plans, document findings in NetHealth, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. A BS in SLP and an active NJ license are required, with ongoing CE to maintain licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey SLP license required.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Language Pathologist services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill SLP services according to company policy.
• Evaluate residents and develop short- and long-term treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and communicate findings to families and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR per CMS expectations.
