Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits.

You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders, developing individualized plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care. DD

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC‑SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering patient‑centered care.
