Flagship Therapy's The Healthcare Resort of Leawood in Leawood, KS is hiring a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. As a licensed SLP, you will conduct screenings and evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
• FEES certified or willing to be trained

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Assist with discharge summaries and coordinate care with other providers.
