Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS for healthcare providers within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Administers speech and language evaluations, tests or exams to diagnose and plan treatments.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
• Provides speech and language services and monitors disease progression.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, and quality requirements.
