Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools with evidence-based therapy and collaborative ARD participation.

Evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop interventions with the ARD committee. Deliver therapy or supervise assistants and maintain progress notes to support students’ access to education in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings clearly to parents and district staff.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.
• Provide therapy or supervise assistants to meet IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and data-driven adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
