Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide a full range of speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree, state licensure, and CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred or required; CPR certification is preferred. Travel is required, typically less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals to address patients' specific needs.
• Provides therapy to improve patients' communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation, and fluency, as well as swallowing and feeding abilities.
• Educates patients and their families about the nature of disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies to support progress and enhance communication and swallowing in daily life.

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses And Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
• Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
